I beg to disagree with your criticism of this police operation. Although I do not support the shooting-dead of the 2robbers, police cannot rely on mere arrests for prosecution of robbers when they have actually not committed the alleged robbery. The courts will simply discharge them free as "suspects", and they will hire a lawyer to argue their case of no evidence. Haven't we seen countless cases of such?
The police were trained to maintain safety of the public, and in our part of this world, they should have our mandate to shoot and kill armed robbers who engage police in shooting
