    While the president is ordering the police to arrest hooligans, his own party hierarchy is assuring the hooligans they will be slapped on the writ at worst.

    Council of State is just waste of task payer's money!. This typical Ghanaian culture of "adoring" elders! Use that money to employ the youth ot do something better with the money!
