In spite of the high rate Ghana has the highest coverage of electricity in West Africa. The ambitious expansion of electricity to nooks and crannies burdened ECG. To make matters worse, the government owes ECG over $2 billion. If that is paid ECG can have some breathing space. Meanwhile, Mr. minister, ehrn are the tariffs coming down as promised during the campaign?
