Who cares? The oil money goes to private individuals in government. Most Ghanaian struggle to make ends meet. Women sit by the roadside in the hot day sun, selling food and other items. For these people, the oil revenue does not have any impact whatsoever on their lives-whether oil revenue falls or rises.
