  The problem you are ignoring, lawyer Kwabena Owusu Mensah, is our ineffective, inefficient bribery prone legal court system that is built for and controlled by the rich, connected and more frequently by politicians and their sidekicks. Here is the dilemma of an aggrieved party in Ghana, and you should know lawyer Owusu Mensah. How long should the aggrieved wait to have justice in the courts? And how come the police officers who could not get to a crime scene with life and death at stake get to a fracas at a wedding to arrest someone? The laws on the books in Ghana does not mean a damn thing when there are not enforcement mechanisms and or institutions in place to make them work like a fine oiled machine. Where were the police in Denkyira Obuase and where are the national security agencies when the NPP Delta and Invincible forces roam like buffalos?
  Do you know, lawyer Owusu Mensah, how a marriage could take place in Ghana if one of the marrying partner is legally married and yet to complete divorce? Have you seen anywhere and anytime in Ghana the police with directives from the courts have gone to a home to arrest a married man or woman over bigamy? Let's face it, lawyer Owusu Mensah, once an event? is allowed to follow to it's successful end it is a done deal and not our courts, no not even politics run wild in Ghana can save the day.

  If this is true then the useless and stupid police officers in tamale should arrested ... They interrupted my wedding asking for a bribe in front of my whole ceremony . Claiming that they came to give us security with no invitation and no sign of danger.... When I said no, they refuse to leave ....they also brought the guns to intimidate us....#mostuselesspoliceforce in the world.. .
