    It looks like Afenyo markin did not appreciate the implications of what he asked for when he asked that the principal authorities of the School should cease to operate.

    I agree entirely.A court must weigh the balance of hardship in relation to the plaint's reliefs and to that of the respondent.Who unjustifiably suffers most if the order is granted.

    How can the University function without these key decision makers. In their absence who would authorise spending, sign important documentations needed for progression. This is real politics at its best.

    It is not about the law. He asked the principal officers of the University not to function. It boils down to saying there should be no head of the institution. It is not about ignorance

    The Vice-Chancellor, Finance Director and Registrar are not dead in a plane crash. They are very much alive breathing pure oxygen with all their faculties intact so your argument my friend is moot!

    Why should the school Registrar,take the mantle upon her self to close down the University? This means she has gone contrary to the ruling of the court decision which is unlawful and annoyance to the entire state.

    If the Vice Chancellor, the Registrar and the Finance Officer of the University are restraint, who then administers the University? Closure was implicit...don't fault them.
