    There should be another body to follow up the recommendations of the auditor general. Otherwise the corruption will now start at the auditor general.

    That is perfect. Because of this I thought the lecturer's reason will be that officials of the audit service could be influenced to write off their findings so a different body should be assigned to monitor them

    Maybe, the Court should have asked the AG not to retrieve stolen monies. That would probably help to reduce corruption.
