  Out of the total assets, how much have been earmark for special developmental projects. We must compel banks in the country to set aside at least 15% of their total assets for loans to Ghanaian business at a competitive rate. This will create real growth through business expansion, high productivity, leading to mass employment for the benefits of the banks as well.
