This world is full of deceipt,and this matter is not only in Africa but also in Europe.Just after the second world war,there was complete melt down of basic food items including drinkables in Germany and as the story states,some people from no where intoduced nicely bottled drinkables purported to be wine to the markets with rock bottom prices,and as there were complete lack of wine for a very long time, the so called wine were scrambled in a twinle of an eye, but upon reaching home as the people opened the bottles to drink before taking their lunches, they found to their amazement,ordinary tea had been cooked to fill the empties as wine. Some unsrupulous business tycoons always check the markets to figure out what they can do to decieve the unsuspected costomers.
