Ignoramus, read my posting and find out if it is legal to have a Pito or Apio bar at the barracks. Read and gather some sense. Ask any military officer and find out if they are allowed to use TROTRO while in uniform.

The journalist who reported this story should get his facts right. There is no barracks call Apremudo Barracks. It is called Myohaung Barracks in Apremdu, a town located outside Takoradi,near Kwesimintim.
