  One of the problems with the English language is the nuanced meaning of words. Perform 'creditably' actually implies limited praise, not the strong praise Mr Short probably meant. Saying she was a credible Chief Justice would ...

  One of the problems with the English language is the nuanced meaning of words. Perform 'creditably' actually implies limited praise, not the strong praise Mr Short probably meant. Saying she was a credible Chief Justice would have implied a fuller (not fulsome!) praise of her.

  Justice Emile Short surprised when he said the was no conflict of interest in the transaction between the government and Ameri. According to him, if the principal negotiator failed to turn up, it was alright for Ameri to pay for the flight and hotel bills for Phillip Addison( Mr. Peanut head) and the girlfriend Vicky Bright to Dubai. In this 21st century where there is video and tele conferencing, that excuse doesn't hold. Our lawyers should learn to think outside the box.
