Mr Sosu, one of the proverbs in Ewe says " When the person falls do not wake him up. If you do he wakes up against you". Do you now understand? If he had not made the complaint the General Legal Council would not have made a case against you. Take this as one of the lessons of life and move on. There is always a price for everything. God is always watching us.

Sosu took undue advantage of a desperate man and his ignorance and over-fleeced him.

But you see your view is the very reason why Ghana is failing. I bet the next thing you will hear is the plaintiff is an undercover NPP guy sent to trip the NDC lawyer.

But this is a case of apparent greed on the part of Sosu and the arrogance of many lawyers in Ghana who think they can operate over and above the law and our constitution, which they know well and swore to protect. Lawyers like Sosu have had a holiday feeding fat on people's ignorance and the failure on the part of the General Legal Council crack the whip and discipline errant lawyers

Sosu knowing well his delinquent behavior, pleaded guilty to the General Legal Council's charges.

Now what is your stupid beef, baying and ranting for the strangulation of the Legal Council and you people claim you want strong national institutions and not strong public men.

The usual NDC stupid propaganda finding ways to exonerate Sosu at the expense of the poor man he fleeced painfully.
Just like a hunter lawyers don't know a sick animal.

I think Sosu's agreement with Agyare is that of unconscienable in rhe sense that Mr Sosu should have known that commissions fkr legal services on such matters do not exceed 10% so why asked for 25%

The General legal Council should let Ghanaians knows the appropriate fees for such cases. U.K lawyers charge 25% for compensations which involves No win No fees. I am of the view that what Sosu charge was normal unless regulations prohibits charging such %. The punishment is too harsh and may be politically motivated.
