the people working at LEKMA should all be sacked...they didnt follow up with the work being stopped cos they were bribed...the people working there are very corrupt...they have allowed people build on waterways and its causin ...

In some countries you will need a certificate for each completed section of bulding. And the certificates will only be issued after on site inspection at no cost to the owner or contractor
