  We are a very young democracy and too much of it is problematic. Democracy goes with responsibility which is lacking in many aspects. A gradualist approach to democratic governance should be preferable instead of following the West blindly. The Right to information could be used negatively to undermine national security otherwise the likes of Asange wouldn't be in trouble in the West.
