So, any time there is a rainfall, TMA resurrects with this attitude of breaking of people's walls and buildings just to go back to sleep until another rainy day. Is this not laughable? As an institution with the power to ensuring that buildings and structures on waterways are prevented, you wait until these structures and buildings are erected before you swing into action. Who gives the permit to these people, in the first place, before these structures are erected? Can the TMA not liaise with this body that issues these permits to ensure that these two institutions work in consensus? This action of breaking down buildings and structures any time it rains make the discerning Ghanaian see your institutions as useless, brainless idiots, wasting the tax payer's money. Looks like you only wait for the rains to teach you what needs to be done, Shamefully shameful
