Before summits take place the heads of state decide on who to take up the chairmanship and the rest of them agree, period. It was Nana Akuffo ADDO who proposedo President Faure Nyasimgbe and he was unanimously approved by the summit. There was no election of any sort. Shame on you for being a creator of chaos.
