    We pay thousands of cedis every year to fix the roads, gutters and damages in our area.

    So you want the Assemblies to pocket high property rates and leave us to fix the roads and gutters?

    The property taxes must be used to provide services such as paved roads and sewer. Without decent services, it makes no sense to collect property taxes.
