First he was jogging alone with a gun in plain sight . Rather than identify himself chose to engage in shooting at the residents , a sign of substandard training or criminal intent . He wwas on duty and an officer but had no other lower ranking soldiers accompanying him , was he deployed there to be on holiday so could go jogging around ? Police always sees a road accident, an armed robbery, etc and they look elsewhere or take to their heels.

Our leaders are trying their best, may God bless them,.Our leaders still have more to do. What at all can push some one to beat a thief to death, if we have the police force functioning and performing their duties well. The police will jail a thief today, but because of paper they will release him tomorrow. All our policemen has now turn to toll booth taking money from drivers,instead of maintaining peace. If the citizens don't have trust in you again, they will surely take the law into their own hands. No sector in Ghana is functioning well as expected they are all bathing in curruptions (excuse me for my words) We are all blaming the citizens of that village for not doing well, and it is true they did not do well but are the police active in their work? Are they ready to arrest and persecute victims. Or they are ready to allow 1.0 cedis to teach them what to do.
