  It is illegal under the law to knowingly or recklessly cause damage and or loss to the State.These so called Procurement Infractions are premeditated attempts by individuals to defraud the State of what usually amount to huge sums of money.It will be considered a dereliction of duty if the Akuffo Addo's government fails to charge and prosecute culprits found breaking the law.To remove all accusations of witch hunting and appearances of selective enforcement the government must allow an Independent Prosecutor to handle issues pertaining to crimes by State Officials and employess.It is not nearly enough to make them pay back the money or to close the loop.We want accountability.

  I know this government can deliver. We all require that our citizenry must stay behind the old ways of doing things. I also think government must structure a monitoring system both locally and nationally to ensure all businesses are hooked onto a monitoring system. During this IT age, paper works must be replaced with ICT as we are having in the banking sector. This will prevent people from reversing things.

  ashamed and will use their accountants to cook the books whilst they inflated cost of projects to their advantage.
