All commission got from any project must go straight in state funds and not private individual's accounts or over inflating of projects for the gins of the lead MP's or Govt Officials. Let this be history. There must be a clause in our constitution so that criminals like what we are seeing. Som were alo in Kuffour Govt, Rawlings for PDNC party, NDC .
