  This is a lie. All these problems existed in the past but student were excelling with distinction.It is an attempt by the Nana Addo led administration to fail our younger brothers and sisters in order have manageable small number for their useless free school policy, and after all they will claim success of their programme.

  Interesting article. Northerners always insist that they are doing better academically than Southerners but when you check both the BECE and WASSCE exam results, the 3 northern regions are always at the bottom 3 positions on a region-by-region basis.
  
  How come they think they are doing well when the children in the northern territories are always at the bottom of the pile? Just asking.......
