    It is in disarray...You say NO, because you take the literally. We say we speak it and folks will disagree but this is prime example that negatively impact our development.

    Counsellor, why this thesis? Africa is in disarray because we have the most Corrupt and Vindictive Police Force in the world. Ask any Ghanaian police & they'll tell you without bribe, No work. Period!
