  Ever since Dr Anaba of the NDC was exposed for taking double salary as full-time lecturer and CEO of Ridge Hospital at the same time, he has gone into hiding. He thought no one will detect his wrong deeds as was covered-up by the erstwhile NDC government. No wonder stupid NDC people like DisHonorable Richard Quarshigah were supporting him. Shame on NDC nation wreckers.

  Simply put, they just need an audit to put this issue to rest. Most times, the argument would have been the US Embassy saying "We have paid you" and ECG saying "You haven't paid." The US embassy is being very honest for admitting that they owe when ECG is saying they have paid. A typical Ghanaian company in a similar situation would have said; "well, if you say I've paid you, then I've paid you." Case closed.

  It is quite possible that some other entities' payments have been misapplied to the US Embassy account. In other words, ECG may be hounding some companies who have paid to pay while ignoring to ask the US Embassy to pay up. That's a mark of gross inefficiency at ECG.

  Government can never ran a profitable industry because civil servants don't care. So privatize and if workers don't do their job or earn profit for the company they get sacked!
