    Petrol being sold by bottles and gallons. Block these malpractices as well.

    Simple solution, let them pay same price as local sellers, then bring a receipt or prove that its been consumed or sold outside to get a refund. Ghanaians are such that they will take advantage of any loop hole in the system ...
