Was the project over inflated to allowing significant people to gain a cut?Let us not praise for the sake of praising but carefully calculate the nitty gritty fine details of this project. Attah Mills started and was completed by during Mahama term in office. What is the big deal about this> Accra Mental Hospital which is close by is strugging. Dr Akwasi Osei has been shouting and vocal about his concerns will the hospital also get a face lift as is near this brilliant first class hospital? Nana will need to seriously consider investing in Accra Mental Hospital because as it stand it is not matching first class service delivery like what its neighbour will be commanding and this is a big shame.
