  Ban them and also create the standards by which tv stations across the country may or may not screen a program. Standards have actually fallen in Ghana and it is at the peril of our country's health.

  I'm Glad that justice Anin yeboah said something about this telenovelas because even children now watch telenovelas more than they the way their read books and i think is bad for the Ghanaian society because most of the youth now try to copy their culture and that is bad and these Alcohol advertisement is getting out of hand too because you cant see anything important on the television anymore all we see is alcohol adverts and it sad because if influences the youth to drink. so i think what justice yeboah said should be taken seriously.

  Sad blinkered Ghanaians, we are so uncritical and ever so slow to realise when others slowly poison our minds and dilute our superior cultural norms! The few Telenovelas series episodes that I've watched are so lacking in morals that people are gunned down like animals, bombs detonated like confetti and in another breath these killers ill be jumping into bed for sex or lusting after married men or women! In which Ghanaian culture do we behave like that? At least, charge the Ghana Board of Fim Control heavily cut out most of the far fetched rubbish in these films before they're allowed on the Ghana TV screens!!
