  Thank you Dr. Donkor for being brave and calling a spade a spade. Political sycophants who does not want to hear the truth will crucify you but I could see some level of nationalism in your response. I am particularly happy that you could look at the World Bank and tell them to behave well. In Ghana we tend to swallow every nonsense that come out of the Bretton Woods institutions and depending on which government is in power people applaud. They will think twice when making loose talks next time.
