If this is true, then we are in trouble. Even though I am an Akan and a Christian, if these Old NPP guards think Akan/Christian hegemony is the way to go, it is unfortunate. I hope they don't use Bawumia and dump him as the did to Aliu. I think Bawumia will be a good president if he has the opportunity

Haruna thinks he had to stick to his so-called 'facts and truths' to vindicate himself. Here is a guy who so many of us respected as honorable and committed to fairness not only in journalism but also in politics. He is free to choose his friends as he did. We all knew he had been friends with John Mahama for a long time and no one cared. We now know his motives for becoming Mahama's friend: 1. John Mahama is a northerner and 2. He exploited the advantages he would get from that relationship which he, of course, had. He became ambassador to Namibia. Why is he going to all these lengths to explain when there is nothing to explain. Most of us Akans are familiar with the NDC's ethnocentric approach to matters political and economic. We had a government and bureaucracy packed with almost 85 percent northerners as if they were the only qualified Ghanaians, and Haruna, an ace investigative journalist could not see anything wrong. Instead he would proselytize it bad-mouthing President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Sometimes I wonder why some people attack others for what they have said without weighing what the person is/was saying. I don't know haruna atta but let ask ourselves if there is an iota of truth of what is said before conde ...

Sometimes I wonder why some people attack others for what they have said without weighing what the person is/was saying. I don't know haruna atta but let ask ourselves if there is an iota of truth of what is said before condemnation. This man was drawing our attention to what some big me in npp party once said he didn't mince words by calling their names and what they said can we find time to ask these people if they really said that. Abba let us be little objective and say the truth. If indeed our leaders said what this man is saying is it good? Which tribe or religion is assigned to lead or govern our nation? I don't like people saying something bad about the Akans but some of these comments pave way for others to attack us. Everyone qualifies to lead the country so long as the person is a Ghanaian. It is not only akan or Christians alone.
