Why such an evasive statement? Come out clearly so that everyone will know who will be receiving the allowa. Will it be for only those entering in Sept? Why is the govt afraid to bring out this fact?

Nana lied to win and is forced to rule with lies. Even a simple declaration as to who will be paid the allowa and the govt is too frightened to declare. Lying is a sin and God will punish all liars.

The allowance has nothing to do with quality teaching an learning. Go to the universityies, nobody takes allowance yet there is quality teaching and learning where lawyers, docters, graduate teachers, engineers, , etc, are produced. What you need for quality teaching is classrooms, labs, libraries, computer centers, books, etc. This was just a propaganda they used on the little minds of the Teacher trainees to win the 2016 elections. Now the ball is in their court. let them pay the money. This move is not in the interest of Ghana but that of NPP. We live to see!

By his own words he (JM) lost the elections. Now the NPP is in government but failed to honor the promise to restore the allowance in 100 days (3 months) as trumpeted by vision less and textbook economist Bawumia. Why are they sending the time to September? Is that the 100 days they promised? We all live in Ghana to see whether the 'monster' quota system will show its ugly head again. Many qualified students will not easily get admission and this will lead to high corruption since the vacancies will be small in every college of education. we're watching with the eagle's eye.
