  He is blackmailing the NPP that without him, the U.K. And Canadian governments would not provide finance to the new SADA!
  He speaks about his contract with the NDC and His Excellency John Mahama. How was he appointed? Was there an interview? Advert?
  Charles Abugri hates the Upper West and Northern regions. Does he know where WA, the oldest historic Wala Dagbon town is?
  Charles stop insulting the NPP leaders and leave the job now. You are no expert, but a talker.
  Charles publish the list and amount you as head of SADA paid to consultants and private companies such as the one you rented offices for in Tamale.

Their integration into one savanna ecological zone therefore helps harmonise policy and programmes affecting the same people of common circumstances.

  That particular stretched of land wasn't part of that region.It was added to it at the time Brong n Ahafo need to be carved out of the Asante.
  A place such as yeji used to be under northern region but joined Brong n Ahafo in the 90s.

Theh... he got this job as Deputy African Director for the UN "Hunger Reduction Millennium Programme, including an nice office in Kenya, Nairobi... As we all know, the programme failed too... In 2014, he was made SADA boss, by his close friend John Mahama... So far, so good.... And yes, the SADA office is very comfortable too...

  The Northern Development Authority has always been the idea of the UP (aka Danquah/Busia/Dombo) tradition since pre-independence to date. The Progress Party Government had plans to implement the idea but was rudely curtailed by the military coup. The NPP government under JAK had time to plan and implementing this long standing idea of the tradition for the swift development of the three Northern Regions in order to narrow the gap of inequalities between the South and the North. As usual, politics took over as the NDC came out with their own version in the 2008 elections which they named SADA. The Northern Development Authority has some historical antecedence that have been documented and Dr. Abugre should take time to find out.

  Why should this idiotic Charles Abugre, who is a useless academician from Legon, bother himself so much about the splitting of the Savanah Zone for easy administration. It appears there are some groups in Tamale who are cashing in on the current state of inefficiency in the north. An example is the UDS. With their campuses in the three regions of the north, UDS spends close to 85% of their internally generated funds( IDFs) on Fuel, T&T and per diem yet when there is a move to split the campuses, some sit in Tamale and kick against the splitting idea. Is it that they are benefiting from the per diem and other traveling allowances.

  The NPP leaders must go by their manifesto and restructure SADA simple. We want a doeble organisation not corrupt one as we see SADA under the Gonja mafia and Abugre under the Bolga- Tsikatas mafia.
