This is complete bollocks. Against his choice indeed!

A Minister is not responsible to the regional chairman of a party in power and does not need official permission from the regional chairman to perform his/her duties in any region. If the Minister notifies the regional chairman of his or her presence in the region, it is purely a matter of courtesy. But this cannot happen every time the Minister is in the region, as a rule. So for a regional chairman to have the effrontery to go and disrupt an official meeting is an unlawful action and must call for arrest for such an act of hooliganism and causing public disorder.

And to even go further to say Minister is appointing people against his choice simply shows that this school drop-out, if he attended at all, can't distinguish party business from govt business. Appointing people to run the school feeding programme is govt business and not the remiss of a party to use for patronage. How much is the NPP going to contribute from its coffers to put in the pot to feed the pupils?

No! no! to this sort of backward abuse of incumbency.
