    Gambling should be ban in a poor country like Ghana because it imposes undue tax on the weak and the poor. What poverty alleviation programs are undertaken by the NLA to help the poor?

    Lottery is an unproductive game to the staker, time consuming, money wasting, breeds laziness and idleness(manpower waste). People stake lotto from January to December without winning even once. Even if they do, what they get ...
