Playing high level football requires not only talent but also readiness. A lot of Ghanaians forget that the Black Stars is supposed to be built to a world cup standard and therefore needs world class tested footballers. Yes, a local player may be talented but in no way tested compared to another player who is part of a European club. Many of us also forget that all of our best football talents leave Ghana. Majority of them get to Europe and are kept on benches because they don't perform. That should tell us we aren't producing good footballers these days. Our league is therefore the worse place to recruit players into the Black Stars if we are serious about winning anything. Coach Appiah should find some Ghanaian foreign born professionals and blend them with our international professionals. The local players have the U20 and CHAN Black Stars to prove themselves.

My brother, I absolutely agree 100%. I think also that one or two local players added might not be such a bad thing as they can learn from the bench and in practices. What other people fail to realize is just as you said about having World Cup standard or at the very least, Ghanas elite players. The Black Stars should not be treated as a playing ground where anyone can just come and go just like that. Top performances in the Ghana Premier league doesn't always translate into automatic global success and it's concerning that other people either ignore that or fail to see it...just look at guys like Latif Blessing (though his "age" might give him time to recover) and even Mahatma Otoo who is not consistent enough as he should as a striker at Sogndal. The problem with the local leagues is also the agents of players. I feel like people aren't addressing that. Most of the agents are money hungry and end up destroying the careers of some of our local talents. As Ghanaians we must put our pride down to build something great for the future. Why must we look at the outside world as some kind of detrimental thing to avoid just for the sake of making our leagues better when it has always been clear that the problem with the lack of quality due to players leaving is mainly because of the administration that are in place. They don't provide the resources needed to expand and strengthen our league. It's all hire, come, loot, fire, and the cycle continues. Ghanaians need to wake up before the Black Star name gets damaged further due to pride. The Black Stars shouldn't be for just anyone to come and play. There's a high difference between us and Brazil. There's a reason why Brazil selects loca players. It's the same reason top European Clubs go snatch those young talents in their local leagues. The same cannot be said about Ghana. We should open our eyes and see better.

Report reaching our news desk early Friday morning is saying that two big men from a Techiman base football club Techiman city has quite the club with immediate effect. What we have also guarded is that this two gentlemen has expressed interest in joining their city rivals Eleven Wonders, but their fear is that their new club thus Eleven Wonders fans may not believed them due to the time they have decided to leave Techiman city and join them because the two clubs will be meeting on subday for their division one league at the Ohine Ameyaw park where both of them play their home matches, but this particular match is Eleven Wonders home match. They also have that their new club fans may like to harm them due to rivalry between the two clubs in Techiman. Confirming the news on the side of Eleven Wonders the supporters chairman has assured them of their safety in his club, he also told them the fans were very happy when they head that good news. When this good news to Wonders and bad news to Techiman city went viral social media news coming in indicate that this two gentlemen has really join their arch rivals Techiman Eleven Wonders. The names of these gentlemen are being given as one Hon Armstrong Nana Frinpong Addo and one Kwame Zion. Hon Armstrong Nana Frinpong is the Assembly member for Techiman Ahinfei, he Double as the p.r.o for Asente Kotoko lion circle 106 and Techiman city as well, but now with Wonders. Kwame Zion on the other hand is also the chief supporter and operations director for Techiman city. For now it is only two reasons that they have given out to the media which lead to their crossing to Wonders
1.is the recent comments made by the president of the Techiman base football club thus Techiman city in the name of Miki Charles that he can no longer put his monies into the club.
2.the seriousness of the bank roller of Eleven Wonders in the persons of Nana Ameyaw by pushing money into his club to ensuring they qualify and play the Ghana Premiere league come next year.
3.they added that in terms of traditional background and of cause politically though we don't openly do politics in football they thought they belonged to Techiman Eleven Wonders than Techiman city.
