Is this the only reason why Japhet will be suspended; is it too late in the day to this with this guy; he started his misconduct during President Kuffour's administration,when Shama was part of the Shama-Ahanta East Metropolis(SAEMA.Chiefs and Elders, opinion leaders and well meaning people of the now Shama District were seeking to make Shama a district on its own from Sekondi-Takoradi, it was an open secret that Japhet was vehemently opposed to such a move. And then, when Shama was accorded districthood, here comes Japhet 'fighting' to become the DCE for Shama District under professor Mills. Because of his conduct, the rightful person to have been made the DCE: Mr. Mussey who had worked so hard for the NDC even in oppoistion at the time, had to also be denied and the position given to Emilia Arthur.Meanwhile, Japhet Baidoo and Emilia had together conspired with Mr. Goosie Tandoh to form the Reform Party. I think, the NDC deserve what it is getting from Japhet, when there are no laid down rules for prodigal people like Japhet and their kind, including Emilia Arthur, Goosie Tandoh, Dr. Obed Asamoah. How do people who abandon a sinking boat only to come on board and even take up commanding positions; after others have toiled to get the boat stable. Wasn't an open secret among even in Anto-Aboso where Japhet hails from that immediately he was made the Regional NADMO Coordinator, his wife started dealing in the sale of used clothes and other items which people believed were relief items for people who might have need of it?

NDC deserve this!!!!
