I completely support the President's efforts to deepen ties with our eastern neighbour.I have been to Togo several times and have enjoyed each time.After dealing with those guards at the border it feels almost like Ghana.People are ususally friendly and helpful.None of that enemosity towards Ashantis you may feel in Volta region.Their restaurants are better equipped than ours and they really know how to have fun.There are a lot of French tourists but you don't feel their sense of entitlement and smug superiority as much as you do in Ivory Coast.
