Anytime I hear of Shaanxi mining, my blood pressure rises. How can a company, claiming to provide technical services to two small scale mining concessions, turn the whole place in a large scale mining company with four (4 ) shafts and a main decline? These are questions the Minerals Commission, and the Mines Inspectorate must be answering. No wonder the Chinese miners have the impudence to say that, in Ghana, if you give a big man a fat envelope, then, you silence him. Is a pity. We need a second revolution in Ghana.
