What is it you mean they must do in completing validation process. Explain validation to them first. What criteria are there to be met? What specifications are there to satisfy, etc.?

Poor people and look at how they continue to waste money and degrade the environment (paper forms). less than 8 months and with all the process prior to students enrolling on the scheme you cant still get your arts together

Even the acting director of National Service signs a letter as"Honourable" Even the British Prime Minister is not addressed as such let alone British MPs. The American President is not addressed as his "Excellency" Every Ghanaian who is given any political appointment wants to be addressed as "Honourable" or "Excellency" Non career diplomats appointed to serve as envoys to other countries want to be addressed as "Ambassador so and so even years after ending their postings. What about those flaunting fake doctorate titles. What is wrong with us? Why are the authorities allowing these greedy bastards to drag Ghana into this big shame and turning us into a laughing stock?

Please check for foreigners registered on the scheme, especially Liberian refugees. I don't think the law permits them.
