  There must be immediate and urgent steps taken to promote intra-regional trade and in furtherance of that, transport infrastructure especially rail, would be pivotal.
  The time has come to link all these regional economic communities of the AU i.e AMU/UMA, ECOWAS, EAC, SADC, COMESA, ECCAS, CENSAD, IGAD by an elaborate transport system that would facilitate trade on the Continent. It's going to be a huge undertaken, but it must and should be done. It is a critical imperative. The time is now or never.

If you can create employment don't double the hardship people are are going through as a result of employment. You lied to the people that you would never ban galamsey when voted into power.
