Now a Minister in the corrupt Mahama govt has walled and gated the land in question. It is a case of powerful Ministers taking over poor powerless persons' properties.

If you knew the contribution of Adolf Armah to Ghana's football, you wouldnt say that rubbish.

Let the President intervene. Citizens have the right to appeal to the President, if they think their rights have been flouted. Are you also aware about this?

If you want to buy land in gh u must have and get clearance from the ministry of lands before any money is exchanged. If this isn't the case then the procedure must change bcos too many ppl are selling lands that don't belong ...

If this isn't the case then the procedure must change bcos too many ppl are selling lands that don't belong to them and the foolish leaders are sitting there and can't find a better way to manage the confusion and chaos. The role of govt is to illicit better procedures in doing things. How can unsigned idle for such foolishness to continue? If u want to sell your land, u must get clearance from the ministry before you do so. The ministry must do its research and ascertain that you actually own the land you want to see. For all that research, the ministry will definitely charge you a fee. Then if u the customer wants to buy u can negotiate a price with the land owner. This is what must be done. U can't have any idiot waking up, falsifying records and decidedly decides to sell a piece of land that don't belong to them. This is criminal and ppl who donso must be jailed or pay for their corruption. Our leaders don't think dummies!

Why can't anyone just type into lands official homepage and make a check of any land records in Ghana. dont we have geographical coordinates in Ghana? Why are we not seriously punishing chiefs and family heads (mostly greedy Ga so called chiefs who are supposed to be custodians of the land) who double sell lands so they Sit-up. Land issue is like Galamasey it shows how inept we are as Africans/Ghanaians- for more than 30 years, all i have heard is multiple sale of lands- why why why?Do we have a leaders we voted for who should do their job? No where in the civilized world would you hear that you have bought a land and someone else also owns it -no where- the punishment that person will get will simply deter others. Our court system is also ineffective as the cases go on and on and on with no determination-apart from paying greedy lawyers. That is why the civilized world is so planned and orderly- we Africans unfortunately just done have it-Sorry to say. Is there not a so called educated manager manning the lands department-what is he or she doing apart from speaking big english? We are simply not serious people- SORRY TO TO SAY THAT BUT THE EVIDENCE ON THE GROUND ALL SHOW THAT.
