    Are you surprised? Even lawyers take goats for bribe how much more these always ever hungry police(peace) officers. It is a big disgrace for them to be in this situation. Shame on them!!

    it seems the police is seeking to apply some compromised sanctions, but just as fowl goat and even cassava thieves are brought to court and jailed the same measure must apply

    FILE THIS ONE UNDER 'absurd', they are facing "disciplinary sanctions", how about jail time, dismissal from the force and loss of pension benefits, if any.

    Where did their superior officer get the goat from?It could have been given to him and his subordinates but chose to
    take it.The subordinates might have taken it to punish him for his greediness.
