  That is the question any person reading the introduction and watching the video must ask themselves.
  
  Do the "experts" address this question, or merely dive into the Oil Revenue Management Trojan Horse thing?
  
  Do the experts compare receipts by Ghana with receipts by other countries that have adopted the Production Sharing Agreement regimen to regulate amount of income?
  
  Do the "experts" say the 2016 oil bill is wise and prudent for Ghana and why?
  
  Do the experts demand complete beneficial ownership records of all and every oil block and company producing oil from Ghanaian soil?
  
  Those are some of the important questions?
