  Indeed the labor market has to determine the depth, and type of skills and type of education to be taught at not only the University level but any professional institutions in the country or the country will continue to produce professionals who might come out with no employment opportunities.
  
  It is the dynamics in the demand and supply curve in labor market which is the answer to the mismatch of jobs and rising unemployment of the university graduates and other professionals in the country.
  
  The NPP government has to play its part by creating a learning environment that will cater for these changes.
  
  Ghana can do it with the the implementation of the right policies.
