Anyone who adopts Ghana as his home has every right to embark on a trade that's legal. As long as the person follow the rule of law of the land that individual should be welcomed.
One thing about this world that separate us from developed world is the idea of managing resources at their disposal. Such resources once managed well can add to economic growth. But our world is not like such, its filled with incompetence, laziness and misguided principles that actually waste resources.
If our economy can manage well, its resources a country improves and everyone is happy.
Furthermore, our lackadaisical approach to work makes a competitor our enemy. But in the developed world competition breeds excellence in production.
If Ghana want to develop this is the time we accept and include foreigners in Nation building.
If a white man is praised and adored by Ghanaian s as trotro mates, why not accept a Chinese taxi driver.
Galamsey was detrimental to our forest and i would forbid it but creating a job for self, i do not see any harm to Ghanaian s.

It is a global job market. If you sit on your ass and hands someone would come and do the job. Foreigners help build a country. Just that they should have the right residence and working permits. We too are all over the globe.

If we allow them to do whatever they want, please we should forget our country's future. Please let's stand firm not to allow them participate in any of our local business,period. Most of these Chinese and other foreigners have taken us to the cleaners as a result of our receptiveness, period.

I remeber telling a relative of min in Ghana to drive taxi, if the going gets tough.

He plain told me that he is too old for that. Too old to drive taix at 60 years? I have seen at least two German women driving taxis with over 70 (not a mistake, I meant SEVENTY ) years of age. Another man was over 68 and still driving taxis!!

He will go to work get, 200 Ghana cedis and will come and give the owner of the car 50 ghana. Since he did not use his money to buy the car, will mishandle the car, infact, they will make sure the owner regret entering into that business.
