Yed there have been black listed from gaining visas from the other countries because they are no longer considered trustworthy. Their reputations is now in disrepute because of their previous action. If the offence occurred in a jurisdiction where UK law works they would be prosecuted before a judge. But since it's out of their control they just black lust you and share the information with other embassies to do the same as a form of punishment for your action and a deterrent against others doing the same.Guess it is an effective punishment since the Pam's have all sat up and are finding their lawyers to help them. Nothing will come out of it really. Because no judge in Ghana can force the UK government to issue a Ghanaian with a visa.
