On the other hand we will rush, without any shred of a second thought, to condemn with strong insulting and unprintable words when stories about similar outmoded and backward practices are reported about the north. To the extend that, sometimes we describe all northerners as animals and evil.

The equivalent in modern arms would be using blank ammunition rather than live as seems to be the norm - am extremely dangerous practice by any measure.

Govt of should legislate that every citizen who wishes to obtain or possess a gun or firearms should be trained before issued with a license. But sadly, no-one cares abiut that.
