There are so many laws in Ghana but it lacks enforcement. The AMA and other City Body's need Enforcing Agencies that will be going round and arrest anybody at all who litters around the city. We as citizens should know that cleanliness is next to goodliness and we are the only people who can make our surroundings clean. It should be an offence for anybody to litter around. God help Ghana
