There is going to be a problem with serious unemployment among nurses and many people in authority will take advantage of these young female nurses. I have always insisted on government regulating the number of some professionals into the system. Papa Jerry used to do that so there was not that many graduate unemployment at my time. When I went to Cape Coast University a long time ago, the whole University was required to admit 220 students for the particular year. Now, they are in their tens of thousands. Emphasis should be placed on Agricultural and technical education. Soft loans with guarantees must be made available to
young graduates and the government can construct shops which can be rented to people with technical education.
We are in an era where government cannot employ all who come out from university or colleges. Conducive atmosphere can be created for the private to partner with the gov't, or create jobs to employ people.
