Especially when the government is about to take on something as far reaching, disruptive, and divisive as galamsey, with the potential to rub China the wrong way - we need all the unity we can muster. I don't believe the NPP is short of ideas.

The main work for Mr Pratt was to leak all the plans being taken by Kwarku Barko and others to the then PNDC government for a token. He also said nasty things about Nana Addo to Wikileaks a foreign media. By the way he is now talking about the economy, Rawlings left economic size of 3.7 percent without oil in the year 2001. Kufour left 9.2 percent without oil 2009. Mahama left 3.6 percent with oil in 2017.So whom would Nana be consulting when it's about the economy? I think the main purpose of that meeting was for national unity.
