    THERE ARE TOO MANY FAKE NUMBER-PLATES IN THE SYSTEM. THEY IMPORT THE CARS THROUGH TOGO AND LATER DRIVE THEM WITH TOGO NUMBER-PLATE INTO GHANA AND THEN REGISTER THEM IN GHANA WITHOUT DUTY:

    Hahahaha I laugh enter dvla office. Just put bar code on the license document. A simple mobile app can then detect if it genuine or not. If it's not, the details, driver name and other particulars are automatically registered ...
