We can only educate people how and where to cross the street,and where not to cross the street but not to prosecute them.So for me something is wrong with this judge.

How on earth would you come up with something like this? First, ask to prosecute thrash throwers,second ask to put zebra crossings all over and then you can start to prosecute those who failed to use them. We have bigger fish ...

First,some drivers dont respet the road code to stop for pedestrians at a ZEBRA CROSSING.Secondly,some pepole even ignore the zebra crossing without watching.Not even to mention the "Dont cross the red light sign" at the traffic lights where pedestrians have to wait for the GEEN light before crossing the road.It is all about education but when presuasion fails,then froce must be appiled

Have you ever sat to find out why pedestrians in Ghana cross our roads indiscriminately?. If you have a good answer to that you may go ahead with your naive prosecutions.

The Judge's suggestion, certainly, will not go down with buffoons. Her suggestion actually works where people live, but may not work here where people merely exist. Do things not begin from a point?

FOOLISH WOMAN. IF YOU WALK THEN YOU WILL KNOW HOW IS DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE TO CROSS ROAD.IF DIRECTIONS ARE THERE FOR THE PEOPLE TO SHOW THEM WHY TO CROSS , I HOPE THEY WILL FOLLOW THE RIGHT PATH.

How many times have the police stopped and arrested a lorry loaded way above its capacity?....They take bribe and let them go and in the process of driving, causes an accident.

Is this judge for real? Is he serious? Or just suggesting other ways and means to enrich the police.

This is a typical example of a CHEW, POUR, PASS AND FORGET Judge who just spoke without any analytical thought to his words.
